This week we speak with Jo Lowes, Crystal Galleries Finance Director.

Jo has been part of CG for 39 years, beginning her journey in artwork and stencil production, moved through HR, and now leads our finance team. As a member of the family business, she loves working alongside her brother, son, nephew, cousin and sister‑in‑law.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys walking her cavapoochons Daisy and Stanley, taking seaside trips in all weathers, and spending time with family and friends.

What is the Lead Time for Different Orders?

Plain glass typically dispatches the same business day if the order and payment clear by our cut-off; otherwise next business day. Peak season or very large orders may extend this.

Engraved glass has a standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from artwork approval. If you need faster, ask about express options (often 2–3 working days depending on method and quantity).
